All Clawdia sets are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Times:
Canada & US: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
We are not responsible for any customs delays or import fees for international orders.
Wrong Address?
Spotted a mistake? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at wmcbeautystudio@gmail.com to update your address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information.
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked “Delivered,” it’s out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
We recommend:
Choosing tracked shipping at checkout
Using a secure delivery location
Filing a claim with the carrier if your package is missing

Because our press-on nails are handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or delivery delays out of our control.
No returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue with your order:

Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description.
We’ll review and respond within 1–3 business days.
We’ll do our best to make it right.
